Complaint from Karen Chambers Dearborn, MIabout 3 years agoI tried to be patient because it was Valentine’s Day weekend. Customers say before me were helped first, my water was never even remotely warm, the pedicure was rushed and she kept suggesting I upgrade when she wasn’t even doing a good job, and I never got a dryer. I was sat in a busy corner near the polish and she hurriedly got her payment. This is my favorite place but I won’t be back.
